Hunger is an epidemic that plagues our community each day, but it is also one of the most overlooked causes in America. Laser Spine Institute and Tampa Bay Lightning have seen the statistics and the numbers are staggering. Each day, more than 700,000 people in our area go hungry – many of them children – but you can help change these facts simply by enjoying a gourmet meal.
The Give & Grub food truck was born out of a desire to give back to the local community with the mission of ‘sticking it to hunger.’ Teaming up with Feeding America Tampa Bay, Laser Spine Institute and the Lightning are donating one meal to the hungry children and families in our area for each meal sold on the food truck. You can also take a stand against hunger by using #GiveAndGrub on social media to spread the word, and we will donate an extra meal.
