Did you think that installing a new instance of WordPress and throwing in a couple of plugins was going to deliver a great website? that’s only half the battle. When it comes to promoting a brand over the internet, User Experience (UX) is probably the most important part of the journey. This applies of course not only to customers but also to the internal users involved in the process (i.e. customer service representatives, sales agents, returns, etc.) since this impacts greatly productivity and in the long run, engagement, loyalty and brand reputation.
